Introduction
Meaningful discussions were engaged around senior’s wellness and a celebration was held honouring volunteers for the 15th Anniversary of ABOVAS with a conference and cocktail.
Fall is a period of change. The reduction of COVID-19 restrictions has slowly come into play to allow for in-person events and social gatherings in September 2022. Deconditioning Post-Covid-19 is a topic that is of interest to families, friends and caregivers to seniors and those interested in senior’s wellness.
